Nagpur's journey towards a new era of developmen- Guardian Minister Nagpur district is ready to fulfill the resolution of a developed India by 2047.

Nagpur , Date 15: Nagpur district has made remarkable progress in various areas of development, and development has gained new momentum through irrigation , health , agriculture , social welfare , women empowerment , sports , infrastructure , police administration and modern technology. The schemes implemented through various departments of the district are providing facilities to the citizens. Revenue Minister and Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule said that efforts are being made towards making Nagpur a leading and developed region of the country.

The main government ceremony was organized in the premises of the Divisional Commissioner's office. He was speaking at a program organized after the flag hoisting. On this occasion, MP Shyamkumar Barve , A. Dr. Rajiv Potdar , Divisional Commissioner Vijayalakshmi Bidri , Police Commissioner Vishwas Nangre Patil , Special Inspector General of Police Sandeep Patil , Municipal Commissioner Dr. Vipin Itankar , Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority Commissioner Sanjay Meena , District Collector Kumar Ashirwad , Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Vinayak Mahamuni , Joint Commissioner of Police Navinchandra Reddy , Superintendent of Police Harsh Poddar , freedom fighters , senior citizens and other dignitaries were present.

The aim has been set to make Nagpur and Vidarbha a major hub for logistics, energy , agro-processing , information technology and industrial development. Various projects like education , agriculture , health , sports , MIHAN , Mahametro , road development , Nagpur Sports Hub , Ambora Tourism , Chitranagari at Ramtek , New Nagpur Trade and Financial Centre and State Data Centre are giving a broad direction to the development of Nagpur. He said that the government, public representatives and administration have expressed their resolve to continue this journey of development towards making Nagpur and Vidarbha a prosperous and leading region of the country to embody the vision of a developed India of 2047 .

Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule said that good work has been done through the Social Welfare Department. Preparations are underway for a convention, cultural and exhibition center on 82 acres of land in the Mihan-Airport area. In the irrigation sector, 3,715 hectares of area have come under irrigation through the Chichghat Upsa Irrigation Scheme. He said that 473 hectares of irrigation capacity have been restored due to special repairs of the Khairi Canal , and 9,640 hectares of area are getting the benefit of irrigation through the Bhid-Chichghat scheme .
