Good Morning Nagpur
The Nagpur Police Commissioner has directed all police units to give priority attention to complaints submitted by serving and retired Army personnel and their family members.
According to the instructions, grievances involving Army families must be handled urgently, sensitively and respectfully. Police officers have been asked to ensure that such complaints are not delayed unnecessarily and that appropriate action is initiated at the earliest.
Nodal officers will coordinate with the concerned departments to speed up the resolution process. The progress of serious complaints will also be closely monitored to ensure accountability and timely assistance.
The initiative reflects the Nagpur Police’s commitment to supporting soldiers and their families. Officials emphasised that while Army personnel dedicate themselves to protecting the country, addressing their concerns with responsibility and respect is a shared duty.
