Sakkardara Police are preparing to issue a second notice to MSEDCL after receiving no response to their earlier communication regarding a fatal electrocution incident in the area.

The case relates to the death of a man who allegedly came into contact with a live electrical wire in Sakkardara. Following the incident, police reportedly sought information and clarification from the electricity distribution company to determine whether negligence or a failure to maintain electrical infrastructure contributed to the death.

However, authorities have allegedly not received a reply or details of any corrective measures taken after the first reminder. Police are now expected to send another notice seeking the required information and cooperation in the investigation.

Investigators are examining the circumstances surrounding the incident and working to establish responsibility. The case has also raised concerns about exposed electrical wires, infrastructure maintenance and the need for immediate preventive measures to protect residents from similar accidents.
